Men of Iron Conference

More Than an Event.
A Movement.

The Men of Iron Conference is more than a single day gathering. It is a catalyst for deeper discipleship, stronger churches, and lasting spiritual impact. 

Our prayer is that every conference would not simply inspire men for a moment, but help launch a Men of Iron chapter within each NC Global Methodist Church, where men continue to grow, lead, and disciple long after the event ends. 

What is Men of Iron?

A Call toward deeper discipleship and lasting transformation.

Men of Iron exists to awaken, equip, and encourage men to step into their God-given calling — to lead with courage, love with humility, and to be transformed by God’s Word. We believe that when men are spiritually grounded, families grow stronger, churches become healthier, and communities are transformed.

Our Purpose

Men of Iron is more than a moment. It is a mission.

Our desire is not simply that men would attend a conference, but that they would be inspired and return home renewed, ready to lead, serve, and disciple others.

  • Call men into a deeper relationship with Jesus
  • Build men of integrity and Christlike character
  • Strengthen husbands, fathers, and spiritual leaders
  • Foster authentic brotherhood and accountability
  • Encourage servant leadership within the church
  • Ignite a passion to influence the next generation

Why It Matters

Men need intentional spaces for encouragement, connection, and growth.

Across churches and communities, many men desire to grow spiritually, but often lack places where faith, brotherhood, and leadership are intentionally cultivated.

The Men of Iron Conference creates that space. Men are reminded they are not meant to walk alone. They are sharpened, strengthened, and sent back into daily life with renewed purpose.
